Adventures during the day. Camping, social, campfire & more at night. Or just quietly sit next to a river, lake or stream...
Experience a weekend of nature, recreation, relaxation & renewal while staying in campgrounds with toilets and showers. During the day we’ll go on adventures into incredible secret natural locations on custom routes I’ve developed over many years, then hang out around the campfire, chill out by a stream, play camp games, or quietly read a book by yourself. Before bed, we’ll often take a short night hike for stargazing.
What to expect on a typical weekend adventure (may vary by trip):
- Arrive Friday afternoon or evening before dark. Events usually end around noon on Sunday.
- Camp in a drive up campground with toilets & shower access
- 2+ Day Adventures: One on Saturday. One on Sunday morning. Occasionally there may be an optional adventure on Friday for those who arrive early.
- Optional camp games with the group
- Nightly campfires
- Nightly desserts
- Morning coffee, chai, hot chocolate
- Occasionally we do an optional short night hike before bed for stargazing, or just for fun!
- May include a local restaurant visit during or at the end of the trip (self-pay)
- May include a visit to a local attraction like a museum or other point of interest (varies by trip)As
- Ask if you would like to carpool!
These trips bring us together to explore the most beautiful & secret natural areas in the state. Experience the wonder of off-trail hiking, easier than you may think, while overcoming fun, natural obstacles that anyone can do as a team, leading us to beautiful vistas, scenic limestone bluffs, clear water streams, caves, waterfalls, and more!
And spend the day with people who are fun, adventurous, and respectful of each other… of all ages and skill levels!
What’s better yet, nobody is left behind and people are always willing to assist those in need.
